Description of Current status	The aim of this project is to upgrade the Valakom- Thadikkadu-AnchalMarket -Mathra-Adukkalamoola road to KIIFB standards. The surface of road was 20mm Chipping Carpet surface. It is proposed to upgrade these roads as DBM & BC surface roads for a total length of 8.5km after widening to the required carriage way width to carry the present heavy vehicular traffic. Construction of culverts, protection wall and side drain etc. are completed. Construction of culvert, drain, retainingwalls, Bm & BC snd traffic sftey works completed.
