Important Notifications

1. Chief Engineer PWD Administration ordered that wherever the rate for Bellow Boy and Boy Mazdoor is given in the existing Data Book, 0.66 Man Mazdoor and 0.75 Man Mazdoor shall be substituted and allowed in place of Bellow Boy and Boy Mazdoor with effect from 1-12-2004 vide circular No. 3 dated 3-1-2005.

2. Government have notified vide notification No.9222/H1/04/PWD dated 9th August, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 16th day of August, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Valiyaperumpuzha bridge across the Achankovil river in Mavelikara Taluk of Alappuzha District.

3.Government have notified vide notification No.17662/ H1/04/PWD dated 15 th July,2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 25th day of July, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Koodalkadavu bridge across the Mananthavady river in Mananthavady Taluk of Wayanad District and the Koodalkadavu bridge across the Panamaram river in Mananthavady Taluk of Wayanad District.

4.Government have notified vide notification No.3792/H1/2004/PWD dated 4th June, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 1st day of March, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Mukkannankadavu Bridge across Nellipuzha on Kongad – Mannarkkad – Tippusukthan road in Mannarkkad Taluk of Palakkad District.

5. Government have notified vide notification No.2959/H1/2004/PWD dated 9th March, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 15th day of March, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Pulikkakadavu bridge across Chalakudy river in Mukundapuram Taluk of Thrissur District.

6. Government have notified vide notification No.1733/H1/2004/PWD dated 23rd February, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 1st day of March, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Kuthirapuzha bridge across Kuthirapuzha river on Naduvath Vadakkumpadam road in Nilambur Taluk of Malappuram District.

7. Government have notified vide notification No.23175/H1/03/PWD dated 5th January, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 1st day of March, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Amaravila Bridge across Neyyar river in Neyyattinkara Taluk of Thiruvananthapuram District.

8. Government have notified vide notification No.21634/H1/03/PWD dated 5th January, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 1st day of March, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Kattodi Bridge in Palathungal – Kattodi Road in Hosdurg Taluk of Kasaragode District.

9. Government have notified vide notification No.8560/H1/03/PWD dated 12th December, 2003 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 1st day of March, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Chemballikundu bridge in Kannur Taluk of Kannur District.

10. Government have notified vide notification No. 18106/D2/03/PWD dated 29th September 2003 to revising the existing rates of user fee on vehicles entering the Mattanchery Bridge with effect from 1st October 2003.

11. Government have approved vide G.O. (MS) No.48/2003/Pwd dated 22nd August 2003 the proposal for Land acquisition and application of urgency clause for widening of 42.37 km of City Roads under Capital Region Development programme. The details of survey numbers of land to be acquired are given in the annex to the order.

12. Government have notified vide notification No.22859/H1/2002/PWD dated 2nd January, 2003 that that toll shall be levied beginning with effect from the 1st day of February, 2003 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the bridge at Nalkalikkal in Kozhencherry Taluk, Pathanamthitta District.

13. Government have notified vide notification No.15341/H1/2002/PWD dated 22nd January, 2003 that that toll shall be levied beginning with the 26th day of January, 2003 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Cochin bridge in Talappilly Taluk of Thrissur District.

14. Government have notified vide notification No.25937/H1/03/PWD dated 21st January, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with the 24th day of January, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Kallige bridge across Uppala river (Kalai river) in Kasaragode Taluk of Kasaragode District.

15. Government have notified vide notification No.25938/H1/03/PWD dated 21st January, 2004 that that toll shall be levied beginning with the 24th day of January, 2004 on every motor vehicle, other than those belonging to the Government of Kerala or the Government of India and any stage carriage operated by the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, entering the Madhur bridge across Madhuvahini puzha in Kasaragode Taluk of Kasaragode District.
