QUOTATION NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited by the under signed from contractors registered in PWD/WRD with A-class registration for the completion of the balance works of the Inland Water Transport Pilot project under the Kerala State Transport Project. Separate quotations should be submitted for each works quoted with the name of work superscribed on the cover.  Quotation forms will be available from the office of the undersigned on all working days from 15.05.2006 to 14.06.2006 till 12.00 Noon.  Last date of receipt of quotations is up to 3.00 PM on 14.06.2006 and quotations received up to 3.00 PM will be opened at 4.00 PM on the same day in the presence of the tenderers/their authorized representatives present. Incomplete quotations or which are not in accordance with the norms will be summarily rejected.  Certificates of experience for the satisfactory completion of similar works for which they are quoting should be produced along with the quotations.  Demand drafts towards the cost of quotation forms drawn in favour of the Finance Controller, KSTP, Thiruvananthapuram, in the SBT branch, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram should be enclosed with the application for each quotations.
